I just wanted to say thanks to your team. As a home owner, potential water damage scares the crap out of me.  When my wife and I noticed an odd stain in our basement, and feared that it was mold, we immediately called Dayspring for advice.  The folks over the phone were friendly and patient and offered a few suggestions about what to look for in determining if there was any water damage.  When we still weren't sure, and wanted to be safe, we arranged for a service call.  The two Dayspring water experts arrived at the house exactly on time, and quickly and thoroughly determined that we weren't dealing with mold or water damage, but a nasty mark caused by a piece of furniture that shouldn't have been flush on the floor.  They even offered a suggestion on how to get it cleaned (and it worked). The visit may have been short, but the peace of mind was hugely important. My wife and I are appreciative of Dayspring's responsiveness and understanding.  We've never dealt with potential water damage before, and Dayspring answered all of our questions.  This turned out to be no biggie, but should we ever get stuck in a bad spot and need help, we know who we'll call. I really appreciated how quickly you all responded, how efficiently everybody worked and how nice and friendly everyone was. Wayne, Joe, Trevor, Matt and the guys were great! Everyone was very polite and respectful of my schedule and so helpful. Matt did a wonderful job with the painting and trim. I couldn't believe how quiet he was. I work from home, so that was really helpful. He also used low odor paint when I asked him to and stayed late the last day to make sure all of my furniture was ready to go for my sons birthday party the next day. Thanks a bunch and I would recommend you all to anyone.

Hi, We wanted to commend the folks who came over to our rescue when our kitchen flooded in September. As soon as my husband called the Dayspring number things started happening. Lisa Dickson was the first one I met, but before she came over, the girls who packed everything in boxes were here emptying cupboards and drawers. They were sure nice girls. And they wrapped every little dish and took so much good care of our things. An the guys were here tearing out the floor to get to the problem, setting up dehumidifiers and fans.. These people were so efficient and knowledgeable, we were in awe. I dont know the girls names who did the packing but I want to pat them on the back. The guys that we got to know, who were sympathetic to our loss, are worth mentioning, Wade, Rick, Caleb, John, Aaron, Matt and Rory.
