Nearly a year and six months ago, a 100 year-old cottonwood tree fell on our home during a storm.  Our home was an utter disaster with most of the roof destroyed and rain water flooding in through the damage.  Within minutes of our phone call, Dayspring Restoration was there to help.   The staff was professional and caring at all times whether they were packing up our personal belongings, putting up dry wall or cleaning up after a long day of construction.  They were always available, helping us through every problem we encountered.  We would especially like to thank Larry Banister, Bob Rector, Lisa Dickson, Dave Hiniker, Margaret Bauer and Duane Schlabach for their amazing skills and kindness.   We would recommend Dayspring Restoration to anyone dealing with a home disaster.  We were truly impressed with their skills, kindness and dedication in helping us rebuild our home.

I really appreciate the extremely diligent and professional manner in which Dayspring handled the recent toilet overflow disaster at our home. Unfortunately, the overflow went unnoticed for several hours because no one was at home, resulting in extensive damages to our finished daylight lower level. Your crew was extremely efficient in attacking the initial clean up and removing the furniture in the lower level while we were out of town for the Christmas holiday.The reconstruction work was done promptly and extremely well. Your crew was very cooperative at all stages of this project, especially Bob Rector who worked with my insurer so that the only charge to us was the deductible under our replacement value coverage. Brian did an excellent job on the re-construction and Lisa and Nicole were very helpful in getting the contents claims handled.In all, I would highly recommend Dayspring for disaster and restoration work. I just finished the final walk-through with Don and wanted to send you a quick note thanking you all for the outstanding job you did on getting us put back together.  Things look really, really good and I appreciated the quick, professional job that Don and Jim gave us.  I also appreciated Adam and his work on the demo side of things-he kept me well informed of all that he was doing, the extent of the damage, and how it would be fixed. I am writing this in regards to your excellent staff at Dayspring Restoration. Your employees Trevor and Justin were called to my home because of flood water damage due to a faulty water softener. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up on a Friday night- it was nice to know I wouldn't have to wait until Monday. Trevor and Justin showed up and did not leave until everything was under control. My family was left feeling relief and comforted knowing we were in good hands. They were both professional and compassionate. I appreciate the way they took charge and assured us that we had nothing to do and they would take care of everything. Now that the dust has finally settled and we are back into out home after an unsettling and unexpected flood I just wanted to take a quick minute and express our sincere gratitude to Dayspring's quick response and especially to your carpenter Rich. On top of Tich being an outstanding, competent carpenter, careful with precious breakable and family heirlooms, he was also extremely polite, professional and courteous.
