Recently I had a pipe break causing some flooding in a room in our basement. Between my coworker, Nick, at the properties business and my insurance agent, Riley, it was clear I needed to call Dayspring and have your staff assess the damage. From the start the service was outstanding. Lisa was the catalyst and did a great job communicating and outlining the entire process...not to mention handling all the details with our insurance company. Joe and Matt were over the top friendly and courteous to my wife as the work was being performed. My wife runs a preschool/daycare from our home so there are lots of little people running around and your staff was very mindful of that and scheduled everything around the daycare schedule which was a huge help. If it wasn't enough to have everyone be so friendly and thoughtful of our time and schedules, we also benefited from excellent quality work being done. The room that was damaged was my son's room and he's thrilled with his new bedroom. The job Matt did down there was top notch and my wife and I can rest easy knowing we don't have to worry about any mold in our son's room. I know this is a long winded message to say thank you, but I can't stress enough how appreciative we are for everything. Having never had an issue like this before, it was stressful to think about and your staff alleviated any of that stress. I am writing this letter to thank you for the great job your team did during my recent catastrophe at one of my rental properties in Missoula. My tenant woke up in the middle of the night to find that there had been a sewage back up and his basement apartment had flooded. To further complicate matters, I was out of the state when this occured. When I called your office and explained the situation to Margaret, she was great in working out a solution and get things moving right away. Your team arrived quickly and was able to remove all of the contaminated material by the end of the day. I talked to my tenant several times throughout that day and he was very impressed with how quickly your team got things done and how professional and caring they all were. I worked with both Lisa and Trevor and they were both very professional and very good about keeping me informed as to what steps were being taken and what would happen next. It was so much easier for me that they worked directly with the insurance company. Once they had approval from the insurance company, they promptly gave me a schedule for the restoration and were very good about sticking to the schedule. This was very important to me as my tenant was very anxious to get moved back in. I know my tenant stopped by quite often during the cleanup and restoration process, and he was always treated very well and never made to feel awkward about doing so. I was also treated very professionally and courteously any time I was on site and in phone calls as well. I also dealt with Rory quite a bit towards the end. He was great to work with and he made sure we were very happy with everything when the restoration was complete. Dayspring Restoration did a great job of restoring my property and I am very happy with the way it turned out. My tenant is also very happy. He was there for the final walk through and told Rory he wanted to shake his hand and personally thank him for the great job your team did. I highly recommend Dayspring Restoration and I know that if we experience another disaster, I'll be giving you a call. I'm writing this letter in response to how both myself and Sandie feel about our experience with Dayspring Restoration.  No one wants or likes to go through the process of handling a disaster in their home.  From day one upon finding our problem and resulting damage to the flooring, Dayspring was very responsive to start the drying process and then the removal of our flooring.  The friendliness and care in our house was very appreciated.  All individuals who worked in our house did so with concern for us and our property. I know I am very particular, so the care for us was definitely nice.  Your wood contractor, Shon Entzel, did a wonderful job, the floor is done very professionally and looks beautiful. In my almost 30 years at this address, I have never had anyone of such high professional quality work for me.  There are a few that come close, but Dayspring takes the lead.  From my first phone call to Dayspring, when I was clearly upset about water in the basement, to my last visit (both men were named Trevor) at the house, and my last phone call with Kim, I sense superior quality: fine human beings serving a community in a unique way.  Everone handled the circumstances at our home well.  Not only well: beautifully! Rory was trustworthy, which is the most important thing when someone is in your house. Trevor was easy to work with, Joel and Blake were very helpful, informative and trustworthy. They worked hard and got it done fast.

Your service men were prompt, helpful & courteous. Wayne, Blake & the others were always professional and friendly. They were willing to listen to and accommodate (when possible) my ideas. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
