The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist recommended installing SmartJacks to the floor system to eliminate the sag in the floors. Our Installation Team installed 13 SmartJacks to the floor system from the basement to strengthen the floor system and eliminate the sag.

Older home with a fieldstone foundation. The lally columns and brick posts were failing and settling over the years, and so the homeowner was looking for a permanent solution to fix the problem.
