But our Design Specialist did notice a sagging beam in their garage. We recommended installing 2 SmartJacks to add support to the beam.

During the pre-purchase inspection, it was brought to their attention that one of the foundation walls was bowing. This concerned the homeowners so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their foundation wall. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and examined the foundation wall. After the inspection, we recommend installing an Auxiliary Wall over the bowing wall. 

Our installation team installed a 41-foot Auxilary Wall over the bowing foundation to stabilize the foundation wall.
