Great look at a recent crack seal application our team completed in Lynnfield, MA. This older brick column was failing, causing the beam and floor above to sag more and more over the years. It was also a large, bulky obstacle at the bottom of the basement steps. The brick column was replaced with a stable SmartJack, cleaner looking and offering long lasting support.

The homeowner needed to stabilize a section of their filedstone foundation prior to completing some renovations. A new cement floor was poured in the space, and 3 PowerBraces were installed to stabilize the filedstone wall.
