The homeowner filled out the paperwork and was sent a free radon test. The homeowner set up the radon test and the results came back between 8.4 and 10.6 pCi/L. Our design specialist recommended installing a radon fan on their passive radon system.

It's important to test and install the radon vent pipe in the most suitable location. The air flow must be strong and ideally the pipe is not an unpleasant sight in the basement or on the exterior of the house. This before and after shows the pipe cleanly installed in the basement.
