A homeowner in Plaistow, New Hampshire, recently found out a neighbor of theirs had been diagnosed with lung cancer. They began to worry about the radon levels inside their home. The homeowners decided to call EFS to test their home for radon. We tested their home and the test results averaged at 5.3 pCi/L which is above the recommended amount. We installed a radon mitigation system into the home to lower the radon levels below 4.0 pCi/L.

Jason proposed a radon mitigation system for the home.

This homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts tested their home for radon and the test results came back at 3.5 pCi/l. They called Erickson to come out to their home. Design Specialist Jason Furrey came to the home and inspected where they could install the Radon Mitigation System. After Jason found a place for the system to be set up he passed the plan onto the crew lead, Scott Crandall. Scott Crandall and his team installed the Radon Mitigation System into the home. 

This homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts has a continuous radon monitoring device that gives radon readings continuously. The homeowner is very conscious of indoor air quality and would like to have peace of mind. The home was built in 1915. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Brian Swindell looked at the continuous radon monitor and inspected the rest of the home for potential foundation and basement issues. Brian recommended installing a radon mitigation system.
