We inspected the crawlspace and confirmed that the vapor barrier should be replaced, but our Design Specialist also noticed that the floor system was sagging and should be stabilized. Our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace and SmartJacks into the crawlspace to re-encapsulate the space and add support to the floor system.

After installation the odor was gone and the homeowners don't have to worry about it coming back.
