The homeowner called Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection. EFS recommended installing CleanSpace and Rim Joist PolyLevel Wall Restoration in the basement. 

This homeowner in Gilford, New Hampshire, had a crawlspace beneath an addition that had become increasingly smelly. The homeowners were tired of the odor seeping into their home so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and recommended encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace and installing a SaniDry Sedona to lower the humidity to prevent the odor. After installation the odor was gone and the homeowners don't have to worry about it coming back. 

A homeowner in Epsom, New Hampshire, had their home recently tested for radon. Erickson Foundation Solutions found high moisture levels in the basement and recommended installing CleanSpace in the basement. 

A homeowner in Concord, Massachusetts, was planning on putting their home on the market in the coming months but wanted to address a few things before then. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace and Drainage Matting to prevent any moisture from coming up from beneath the concrete slab and ruining personal belongings. 

A homeowner in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, purchased their home about a year ago in November 2021. Their home was originally built in 1901 so they had a company come out to install some additional insulation to help lower their heating and cooling costs for the future. The company arrived at their home and told the homeowners that they couldn't install the insulation in their crawlspace because it wasn't encapsulated. The homeowner decided to reach out to Erickson Foundation Solutions to have a free inspection. Our Design Specialist inspected the crawlspace and recommended installing CleanSpace throughout the crawlspace to fully encapsulate it. Our production team installed 313 sqft of CleanSpace into the crawlspace to encapsulate it.
