I had a great dehumidifier installed with tubing to outside so that I do not have to empty it. The install was taken care of very quickly and I was very pleased.

Had the Sanidry system installed in my basement/garage. The crew (Melvin H., Anthony V, and Angel P) were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the job within the allocated time. I appreciated that they were able to undercut a doorjamb vs cutting the doorjamb and removing a wall. This helped maintain the integrity of my basement and garage. The guys took the time to walk me through the project and installed system after completion.

I am satisfied with the basement waterproofing project completed by Anthony Rivas, Kyle Dechane and Justin Gouthier. They are a hardworking, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly crew. I appreciated that Anthony gave me daily updates, always made sure to ask if I had any questions and was very thorough in his answers and explanations. We just had a wonderful service visit yesterday to check on our broken sump pump and run down battery.  The technician was extremely prompt, friendly, and well versed in everything that was going on with our house.  Thank you for having such a terrific and competent team!

We had a contract with Erickson to do some work in our basement which we had to cancel when we sold our house. (The new owners wanted to wait to do the work.) Erickson returned our deposit without hesitation. From start to finish, everyone we have dealt with at Erickson has been very professional. If we ever need this sort of work done again, we would most definitely use Erickson. 

Jason was very personable and had a lot of knowledge on it. I have a small basement and he is a tall guy so he actually had to sit on the ground to do the inspection. Not everyone would do that. I thought he was just great.

Scott, the sales consultant was fabulous, responsive and understanding. Gilberto, Angel, Jeff & Brian (the technicians) were communicative, skilled, polite and neat. Nate, the finisher bent over backwards, neat, polite, and skilled. The office admin was communicative, fair and polite. GREAT company to work with starting with 1st contact with Scott. Worked thru bumps easily and with much satisfaction. A great company for a homeowner to work with.

I just had the most amazing technician leave my house. I called with an emergency because my pump had died. I was so worried I was going to flood. I was told someone would be out later tonight after 5:00pm. The technician called and said he could be there in just 2 hours. I watched him as he changed the pump out and he worked so quickly yet efficiently. As he changed out the pump he explained the system to me and how it functions. Every time he went to the van and back he would wipe this feet before entering my home and always closed the door behind him. Very professional and clearly a great asset to the company. Would have him back out here in a heartbeat.

I can’t begin to explain how amazing this young man was. I have a finished basement and my sump pumps had failed in the middle of the night. My alarm went off and I was in a panic I was going to flood. I called the emergency phone number at 1:30am and a young man had answered in 2 rings. He seemed wide awake. I told him my problem and he told me he would be there in 1 hour. He showed up before that and was so kind and courteous. He was able to replace my failed equipment right then and there which I couldn’t believe. He even took the time to explain to me the system I had it place. He was such an amazing boy. I can’t begin to explain the peace of mind this boy gave me. I felt so bad for him having to come out at such a late hour knowing he had to work in the morning. Whoever he is I hope he gets to see this review and I hope the company realizes how much of an asset he is.
