Hi! I had an appointment today with Kenny. Just wanted to say, I don't think I've ever experienced better customer service in my life. Respectful, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, insightful. If that's who you have as the face of your company, I can only imagine you'll be a Fortune 500 company in the next few years.

I had a wonderful experience with your company on a number of occasions. First of all it all starts with the ladies who answer the phones, they are always so friendly and upbeat and handle questions fully and expeditiously. Next, I dealt with one of your sales reps, Tom Armano, on pricing the installation of two basement egress windows and he was outstanding to deal with and went above and beyond in offering to help with any questions I had on his own time. Finally, my experience with Justin inspecting and ultimately replacing a number of sump pumps and a battery system was outstanding. The manner in which he conducted himself and took as much time as necessary to thoroughly educate me and put me at ease was greatly appreciated. Both Tom and Justin were friendly and upbeat as the office staff. Kudos to Roger the service manager who also took the time to speak to me, same experience as I had with everyone else. 

From the original scoping and estimate process, to the install work and addition work requested afterwards, the entire team were responsive, friendly and professional. Brian, Melvin and the rest of the crew made the project day hassle free for me. When I needed additional work done, Roger assisted with getting it scheduled quickly and Justin was super friendly and helpful, worked efficiently and got everything taken care of. Would recommend to others needing sump pump installation or foundation work.

I had Erickson Foundation Systems install a basement waterproofing system this week. The crew which included (Foreman- Anthony Rivas), Melvin Hidalgo and George and Justin Gouthier did an amazing job. They were very professional and answered every question or concern I had. I would highly recommend Erickson to anyone looking for a solution to their problem with water issues in their basement.

So I want to thank the salesman Branden, as well as the workers Rivas (Anthony), George and Justin for a wonderful job they did in my basement. I give 5 stars, but if I could give 10 I would. And also their kind and helpful customer service people as well, thank you so much.

Justin came to check our system. He was super friendly and explained everything very well. He went through the pump, told us how it worked, he cleaned out the grates and showed us how to get the grates up. I hope he’ll be back next year when we call for the yearly check.

Starting with a thorough, detailed, professional assessment by Isaac and ending with the sense of "mission accomplished" you see here in the faces of the men who worked on the project, our experience with Erickson Foundation Solutions was five-star, beginning to end. We had on our hands a repeatedly flooded basement, but Milton, George, Anthony, Collin and Corey rolled up their sleeves and did the hard, dusty, heavy work to ameliorate the situation. When torrential rain arrived less than two days after the completion, and the basement stayed dry, we knew we'd found the right professionals for the job.

Justin was extremely knowledgeable in the operation of the equipment and took the time to explain the parts that had worn out and needed replacement. He also reviewed the estimated lifetime of various parts. He was attentive to every detail including reading the past work orders contained in a sleeve near the equipment. He worked out a plan for replacing various parts in the system to ensure it was fail-safe. His experience level and ability to work well with customers is outstanding. Before leaving, Justin was careful to clean up and leave the area in the same condition as when he arrived. 

Your company needs to realize that the people whom I met with in person were super people to do business with. The personnel who I delt with on the phone were nice people to work with as well. To start, Debra Rayborn was the face of your company who came to my home. She is very knowledgeable on the issues I was dealing with in my home. She described to me the work that your company does and she gave me a book. I read the book and I asked her a few questions over the phone and I got the information I needed to make a decision. Next the three fine men you sent to my home to get the job done, Shai, JB and Elyza. When they showed up at my home Shai walked my basement with me and discussed the work with me. I asked a few questions and he gave me what I was looking for. I also discussed the particulars of my home with him. I discussed the water supply and electrical power outside of my home and in the basement. I discussed a change that I would like to make and he was very accommodating. It required a change order. The work that your three men did in my home is physically demanding. They work hard taking short breaks and right back to work. When they had to come for another half day they took it in stride. I was very appreciative of their efforts and good work. On their last day here, I bought them lunch from Joe’s Meat Shoppe in North Hampton and I gave them each a few extra $. They truly deserved it. Thank-you for having such great people. If you ever need someone to speak on your behalf on the people and quality of their work, I would be happy to.
