Sean showed up on time with his crew. Everyone was professional and courteous and worked nonstop until the job was done. Basement is dry and way warmer. Air quality is improving every day as the walls and support beams dry up. I never felt as if we were being overcharged or milked for money. There was no BS charges and Sean went out of his way to suggest ways that we could save by doing some of the work ourselves. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I took his advice but will probably bring them back to do the work themselves because of the quality of work they do.

Shawn and his team are AMAZING! They were incredibly flexible, responsive and easy to work with. They have completely fixed our water problem. We now have an additional 1500 square feet that is usable space in our home. Since they completed the work, our dehumidifier only turns on once in a great while and we have NO musty smell, NO water, NO leaking! The team left no mess when they were finished. They cleaned as they went and left us with a beautiful, usable basement that we'll be able to finish now that we have no water. I can't stress enough that they are worth the little extra that you pay. They aren't the cheapest, but they are worth every every extra penny you pay!

My garage wall had a big crack in it. The home inspector I used said the wall needed to be replaced. I looked online and found Century. They came out and said they could repair it. I needed it done because I needed to park in the garage and feared that the wall would buckle and fail. They did an excellent job--and I am hard to please. They were prompt. They kept the jobsite clean. They touched base at the end of the day to let me know progress and what I could expect the next day. The guys were really friendly and respectful. The work they did was stellar--on time, on budget. I had the other trades in (plumbing, electrician and excavator) to see the before and after and they all took Century's number to make referrals to their customers. I think that the fact that they were impressed said it all. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them without reserve!

A few months ago, I discovered the support beams in my crawl spaced had rotted and needed to be replaced. It was a big job that involved supporting my home on temporary beams and jacking the house to get it back in alignment. I had a number of contractors out to give me quotes and hired Century Masonry & Waterproofing. | |Within a day or so of my call to Century the owner, Sean, came out to see the problem and recommend a solution. Although the job itself was scary (I kept envisioning the house collapsing) I felt very comfortable that I was in good hands with Sean. I was very pleased with the professional and prompt service this company provided. The work team was very friendly and took the time to explain what was being done. I can't say enough good things about this company and I highly recommend them!

After the last monsoon rain, I called Century to help prevent some minor, but messy flooding in my basement. We already have a system to deal with the rain water, but the frequent and torrential storms these days stress the system. Sean came by within a day and the job was done the next day. Now I have extended underground piping to handle and direct the water to my sump pump pit plus a floor drain to direct any water from anywhere in my basement to the pit. I can\'t tell you how relieved I am! The guys did a great job from start to finish. Thank you.
