The install was very smooth I remember it was snowing, we started this process in March. The guys took a great amount of care to make sure they didn't trash the house. They kept everything neat and clean jackhammering concrete is a little bit loud but it didn't take very long. From seeing the bright white basement you had no evidence workers were there. Hurricane Irene was perfect for us, we were able to spend most of our time helping out others because our basement was nice and clean and dry. The only time I got soggy was helping out friends who hadn't had basement work done yet.

He telephoned me around 1:40 p.m. to say they were finished, cleaning up, which was much sooner than their earlier estimated completion time of 6 p.m.When I returned, he provided explanations of the work provided as well as photos of their work and a tour of the exterior work completed. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to my friends, family, and enemies too. I was very pleased with the work. The foreman even came early to do my install which worked out very well for me since I had an appointment later that day. Since everything was finished I even had a neighbor come by to look over the work and he said everything looked great.
