Quality first basement representative called and emailed the instructions in advance. The team leader, Heriberto, also called before they arrived. They had a clear idea about the task and discussed it with me. They covered everything with plastic and removed the appliances to a safe distance. The work started on time and in between also Heriberto discussed the progress. The work was completed as planned and Heriberto walked me through everything. The crew was very polite and hard working. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend them.

I had Quality Basement out at my home for repairs in our crawlspace. Juan Garcia and his crew were excellent! Their work was fantastic, Juan is very knowledgeable, he explained everything to me. we had our crawlspace done about 6 years ago by Quality. unfortunately we were hit by Storm SANDY! Quality came out, changed all effected plastic and sump pump. fixed my trench drains, and Juan noticed something that my general contractor did not see. My House needs 6 Smart Jacks installed which Juan will come out to do this week. Great team of young men. respectful and well mannered. They worked non stop from 8 AM to 6 PM until job was finished .they did not take a lunch break. unbelievable workers, hard to find these days. I have gone through many contractors .These guys were excellent! I would call Juan and his crew out to my home for any other issues I may have in the future.

I used Quality 1st 7 years ago for my crawlspace which was fully protected during the Superstorm Sandy this year. During an annual maintenance i decided to have the Cleanspace encapsulation system installed for better protection in my crawlspace. The installation crew led by Juan Garcia did an excellent job they were clean and worked efficiently. My experience with my inspector was just as good as it was the first time. I would gladly recommend Quality 1st to anyone in need of waterproofing their basement or crawlspace.

It was a very nice and smooth transaction. The inspector was a gentleman and made sure I comprehended everything that was being recommended. The servicemen were also respectful and kind. I will be back for two more projects to fortify my crawl space and foundations. Thumbs up all around!!!! The price was fair and comparable.

This is the second time I've used Q1. Justin was punctual and called in advance to advise when he'd be at my home. After examining the situation he was able to quickly provide reasonable solutions, as well as alternative solutions based on my specific needs. He was very professional but also personable.  He is a great representation of Q1 and the work they provide.  

We had our annual maintenance service performed by Randy who was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. At completion, he showed me pics of the before and after of each part serviced and answered all of my questions. I feel good that I’m set for another year with a dry basement!
