I am very pleased by the work Quality 1st did in my basement. Their representative Nick Bris came to my home and spent over 2 hours explaining what had to be done to fix the water problem. Juan the office manager told me the workers would be at my home by 9:30am and they came at 8:30am! They were clean and efficient. I had barely any dust in my basement considering they had to jackhammer 2/3 of my basement to install the channel work. They were done by 2pm and cleaned up immaculately. I cannot say enough to thank Nick and to thank Quality First for a first-rate job. I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation.

My inspector arrived right on schedule and fully evaluated my crawlspace. Once we went to contract, a service date was set at my convenience. The installation crew arrived right on time. They evaluated my foundation and crawl space. They cleaned out the crawl space, installed jacks to support the main beam, installed a vapor barrier, drainage, and insulation. They were extremely professional and did a great job of each of the services I purchased. They made a follow up call after the service to ensure that all had gone well. Although I thought they were a bit expensive, the extra cost was worth it in quality, professionalism and reliability. I would highly recommend Quality 1st.

After losing power during the recent tropical storm, I noticed my battery backup sump system wasn’t working. I called Quality 1st and Marisa promptly returned my call. Within 3 hours, Randy showed up, diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired within an hour.  Excellent service again! The utility companies should take a lesson in customer service and prompt response and repair. Still, no peer or phone, but the sump is up and running. Thanks, Randy!
