I was very satisfied with the installation.  Our basement was very wet and moldy.  I was extremely pleased with how clean it was.  The crew was very friendly and worked constantly.  My Design Specialist Tim was great, friendly and explained everything very well.  The office team was efficient and knowledgeable.  Any question I had was answered honestly.  I chose Adirondack Basement Systems because of Tim's presentation and my desperation!  My basement was so bad, that not only was it not useable, but I also thought it was non-fixable.  It was so damp that we couldn't store anything in it. It just became a waste of space.  Now, I feel like I just gained so much storage space!  The air quality is noticeably better now that the mold is gone.

I was very pleased with the installation, they not only did a good job at installing the product but they cleaned up very well as well. They worked quickly and on time. This is my 4th project with Adirondack. They also service my system every year- and send me a reminder postcard. During the heavy rains we had at the beginning of JULY, I called Adirondack with a small issue. Kevin (the owner) was going to be in the area and came right over. Come to find out it was water squirting over the system onto the floor. We evaluated the situation and concluded that a vapor barrier was the best solution. Plus it was going to give me a finished look. So we scheduled it on the spot. Kevin was very concise and clear on why the problem was happening and what we can do to solve it.Joy in the office is always very pleasant and helpful.The installation crew arrived when they said that they would. They were very courteous and efficient.  I especially appreciated them laying the dropcloths from the front door to the top of the steps!!!

When I heard about your company and then read through the materials you sent to review, I thought my prayers had been answered in regards to our sump pump situation! From the first call I made until Kevin called the day after the work was completed, I was extremely satisfied with the courtesy, knowledge and efficiency of each employee.  You don't often find that anymore. The TripleSafe sump pump is amazing! No more open well, noisy sump pump, and no more water in the basement ever!
