I am 100% satisfied with the installation that Adirondack Basement Systems completed for me.  The clean up was excellent and the men were very kind and courteous.  My Design Specialist Tim was very nice and knowledgeable of all products offered.  The office team was very helpful and gave us great ideas.  I chose Adirondack Basement Systems because I wanted the job done right the first time and the company has an excellent reputation. I started out with an extremely gross basement.  I was confident that a call to them would solve my basement problems.  I now have a very clean and useable basement.  That was my goal and they exceeded my expectations.  The staff were very easy to talk to and were very professional in all manners needed.  If you want your basement done and done right the first time, Adirondack Basement Systems are the people to call.

Our project was a challenging one.  Everyone involved was helpful. We loved the way it turned out and would recommend Adirondack Basement to anyone. Adirondack Basement Systems dug out a trench around the perimeter of my basement interior, laid stone, and installed plastic gutter system, new sump hole with triple sump pump system. They also installed plastic wall covering that drains any water coming in through the walls into the gutter system. Gutter system was concreted over. Also installed was a dehumidifier system and new basement windows. The project was estimated at 4 days. It took about 3 and 1/2 days. All work was performed professionaly with materials as estimated. The workers cleaned up after themselves and took care to keep things as clean as possible.
