Grace, a homeowner in Rochester, NY, called Frank's when she was ready to fix several foundational issues with her basement. Grace did not feel confident in the main support beam in the middle of her basement, so our crew came out an installed our patented SmartJack steel support beam.

From unstable and deteriorating to strong and supported in David’s basement! By adding a SmartJack to his basement, we helped stabilize the home's first floor above and helped David feel safe and confident in his older home!

This section of the wall in Lu’s basement had started to crack and bow. Our crew at Frank’s Basement Systems was able to help stabilize the wall with two I-Beams. Lu’s basement wall was then secure, leaving her with the peace of mind she had been wanting in her home!

Donald T. called Frank's Basements for help when he noticed the foundation wall in his basement bowing inwards. After coming out to his property for a free assessment, our Design Specialist, Andrew, recommended that our crew install several PowerBrace steel beams along Donald's wall to combat the inward bow.

After having these beams installed, Donald can now have peace of mind and confidence in his new basement support system.
