Our patented SmartJacks were installed to lift the crawl space on this Tonawanda home after it had begun to sink.

A new concrete wall was built using our StableLock system to replace this failing wall without tearing down and rebuilding the wall.

This foundation wall had large cracks due to outside pressure. StableLock is a permanent repair where a new wall is poured in front of the failing wall to support the house.

The supports in this crawl space were starting to fail, causing unlevel floors and drywall cracking upstairs. A total of six SmartJack posts were used to replace existing rusted and failing posts. 

When Robert G., from Tonawanda, New York, noticed that a beam in his basement began to rot, he called the structural experts at Frank's Basement Systems for help. Our crew went out to Robert's home and installed our SmartJack steel beam to replace the old rusted beam. Robert can now have peace of mind with his more structurally sound basement!
