Before & After Photos

The crawl space under Mary’s spare bedroom used to be home to pests and moisture. Frank’s basement Systems solved that issue by encapsulating the crawl space using the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and installing the SmartSump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this space is once again clean and pest-free!

Jim won't have to worry about what was lurking in his crawl space now that Frank's Basement Systems encapsulated it! The clean SilverGlo wall insulation really brightens up the space and gives it a polished look. Plus, it not only looks great but also keeps moisture out while maintaining a relatively constant temperature in the crawl space all summer and winter long!

This tight crawl space that spanned a large portion of Gerald's home was struggling with humidity and water issues. To combat this, Frank’s Basement Systems installed a complete CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, helping to keep the space dry and clean for years to come!

Check out the work Frank's Basement Systems did to install SilverGlo insulation and the WaterGuard drainage system, which turned this cold, wet storage space in James’s home into a drier, warmer space. James now has the perfect spot to store his items without fear of them getting wet!

After the old floor joists rotted out and the floor caved in above the crawlspace, Frank's Basement Systems replaced them. We also encapsulated the crawlspace below, sealing it to prevent moisture from seeping in and ruining the new joists. Now David can refinish the floors and have this room in the home back once again!
