Billy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of moisture and standing water in the crawlspace at his home in Sanford, NC.

Larry, one of our design specialists, went and inspected the home. Upon inspection, Larry met with Billy to go over what he proposed would be the most effective way to take care of the issues which would be to encapsulate the crawlspace to help keep it dry and a safe environment for his family. Billy was ready to move forward to have the project done.

Our crew led by Jose H., installed the Clean Space Crawl Space Encapsulation System, which will help control the moisture and help with the standing water.

Our team sealed the crawl space vents and insulate the walls, our team installed our SilverGlo Thermal Insulation panels. Drainage Matting was installed throughout the crawl space floor to direct water to the drainage system and sump pump to keep the crawl space dry at all times. 

A homeowner from Sanford, NC, contacted our office with concerns about moisture in their crawl space under the sunroom. We recommended encapsulating the area with our CleanSpace vapor barrier system to block water vapor and prevent mold growth. To enhance the space, we also installed SilverGlo thermal insulation, which improves energy efficiency and helps maintain consistent temperatures. These solutions effectively created a dry, insulated, and energy-efficient crawl space.
