Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair came to Thomas Rescue after experiencing problems in his crawl space with water, mold and sagging floors. We installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to lower the humidity of the home under 55% so that the crawl space is no longer a breeding ground for mold and mildew.

Doug contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had started to notice moisture issues in the crawl space of this home in Fork, SC. The crawl space of the home had falling insulation, mold issues along with standing water in the crawl space. We where able to help Doug with his crawl space issues by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace System is designed to eliminate a dirt crawl space that causes high humidity by allowing water to enter the crawl space from vents and crawl the grounds natural water vapor. By encapsulating the crawl space we are able to ensure that water isn't able to get into the crawl space and damage the crawl space of the home. Larry, one of our design specialists, inspected the crawl space. After the inspection, Larry met with Tammy to go over what he proposed as the best solution, which is to have the crawl space encapsulated to help with the moisture and standing water.

Our crew led by Pedro, installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, which consist of sealing vents, 10 mil Liner, Wrap Piers, SilverGlo Insulation, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Trench Dug, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet.

Andrew contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with a dip in his floor at his Durham, NC home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P. met with Andrew to go over the home to find out the best solution. Justin found that the dip in the floor was due to moisture in the crawl space which had weakened the wood allowing it to dip and drop. The best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with installing the Smart Jack System to stabilize the wood and raise it so that there was no longer a dip. Andrew is thrilled with the work done by Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to fix his home for many years to come.
