After moisture damaged the crawl space and joists, we restored it with a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to seal out moisture, a Sanidry Dehumidifier for humidity control, SmartJack Support Posts for structural stability, and a new subfloor. Allen contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about musty odors within the home and falling insulation within the crawl space that he thought needed to be addressed.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon Walters met with Allen to go over the crawl space and find out where Allen's issues were coming from.

Brannon found that Allen's musty odors were coming from an excessive moisture issue within the crawl space that also caused the insulation to fall.

Duane contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerning a rental home in Leland, NC. The home was experiencing signs of high moisture content with falling insulation and possible mold growth. Southeast's owner Chris Hunter met with Duane concerning his home. Chris suggested Duane do a full encapsulation and extraction of the current insulation. We removed the insulation, preformed a full encapsulation with our 10 mil liner, Silver Glo, Sanidry CX and Sump Pump. Now Duane and his renter are happy to have a dry and healthy crawl space.
