Richard contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had an awful mold smell coming from the crawl space along with mold growth on the inside of the home. Richard wanted the best solution to fix the crawl space of his home. Southeast Foundation inspector RJ Bailey met with Richard to go over the crawl space of the home. RJ found that Richard's problem was coming from the crawl space and was due to high humidity in which mold and mildew could thrive. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to lower the humidity in the crawl space by sealing off the area from the earth's ground, sealing the area off from outside influences like water and air and adding a dehumidifier to lower the humidity. Michael contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair by purchasing a home in Winnabow, NC.
