We encapsulated a customer's crawl space using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to prevent moisture buildup, reduce mold and mildew growth, improve indoor air quality, and enhance energy efficiency.

The Cleanspace drainage matting was installed under the customer's home in the crawl space to improve water management and prevent moisture-related issues. This matting creates a barrier that helps direct water away from the foundation, reducing the risk of mold, mildew, and structural damage caused by excess moisture. It also enhances the overall air quality in the home by minimizing dampness and musty odors.

Becky contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues within the crawl space of her home due to sloping floors that she was experiencing. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Becky to go over the problem to find the best solution to fix her home.

Our crew lead by Austin T. installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space from moisture issues and problems like wood rot and damage.

Moisture and mold was an issue for this homeowners crawl space. After our team thoroughly assessed the space, and decided the most effective solution to repair it was a full crawl space encapsulation. Part of process involved replacing a water damaged crawl space door. The crew carefully measured the entryway, cut and installed our EverLast Door for its replacement. The EverLast is heavy-duty, waterproof, and is completely sealed tight against outside elements from entering. 

Kathy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about fallen insulation and moisture issues at her home in Kinston, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space. Upon the inspection, Andy met with Kathy to go over what he proposed.  With the fallen insulation and moisture issues  Andy found that the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal out the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and from the ground.
