Stephen contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about doing a CleanSpace Encapsulation on his home in Wrightsville Beach. Stephen had the full CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed along with having a custom crawl space door installed. Stephen is happy with his CleanSpace and his Custom Door.

Susan was concerned about black mold growing the crawl space of her home at Wrightsville Beach, NC. She had been struggling with high moisture levels due to the home being so close to the beach and having a naturally high water table. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Susan by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Since Susan had a natural high water table we installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Liner, SaniDry Sedona, SmarSump along with spraying the floor joist with Mold X 2 to get rid of any mold in the crawl space.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair met Stephen at the Wilmington Home and Garden Show. Stephen had concerns about high moisture levels in his crawl space since he was experiencing the classic signs of falling insulation and a mold smell. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Stephen to go over the best possible solution for his home. A crew led by Larry Eldridge did a full CleanSpace Encapsulation of the crawl space which included a 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, a SmartSump and a SaniDry CX Dehumidifer. Stephen is happy with the out come of the crawl space and how great it looks.

Randy called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after doing research on the internet about standing water on his black plastic vapor barrier. The owner of SEFR Chris Hunter met with Randy to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System that would replace his current black plastic vapor barrier. A crew led by Larry Eldridge installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System under the home, which included EZ Flow, 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, SuperSump, and a SaniDry CX dehumidifier. Randy is extremely happy with the results that SEFR produced with the CleanSpace System.
