Jamey contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair just after buying a historical home and wanted a crawl space inspection to ensure that everything under the home was in good working order. Our crew installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to bring life back into this 150 year old crawl space.

Lucy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned after a cable technician told her that there was wood rot in the crawl space of her home in Farmville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy met with Lucy and her husband to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for her issues. 

Andy found that the wood rot in the crawl space was being caused by excessive moisture in the crawl space and the best solution would be to seal off the area with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. We installed our CleanSpace Drainage matting in this customer's crawl space to provide a moisture barrier, prevent water accumulation, and promote better air quality by reducing humidity and mold growth.
