This home had a damp and musty basement that was affecting the health of the owner and the rest of the house. Like we always say, the best time to waterproof is sooner rather than later. You don't want to put up with a musty basement your whole tenure just to have to fix it because no one will accept the condition of the basement when it's time to sell your home. With WaterGuard drainage, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, this basement will stay dry during the wettest months of the year. We also added a couple of SmartJack posts to help strengthen the floor joists, which will get rid of the sloped floors above. 

The effects of external hydrostatic pressure had taken a toll on this basement in Piqua, OH. All four of the block walls in this basement all looked like the attached before photo.
