This basement in Batavia, OH, had stained and deteriorating walls before we stepped in to waterproof it. We installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system, featuring WaterGuard subfloor drains and a TripleSafe sump pump, to keep the space dry. To give the walls a cleaner, more finished look, we added rigid waterproof panels for extra protection. Chipped and flaking basement walls are a common issue, and many homeowners attempt to cover them with "waterproof" sealants. Unfortunately, these coatings are only a temporary fix and often lead to repeated, costly repairs. Our system provides a lasting solution, keeping basements dry and worry-free.

CleanSpace is one of our most popular wall options that we install. It is a vapor proof barrier that is strong, antimicrobial, and clean. It tucks right into our subfloor drains, which helps drain wall moisture. It can be left as is, or you can finish your own type of wall over it thanks to the CleanSpace's moisture protection properties.

This basement in Morrow, Ohio had a poured foundation with minimal protection against water intrusion—just a basic vapor barrier loosely hanging on the walls. Moisture, poor insulation, and a lack of drainage left the space vulnerable to leaks and musty air. We transformed this basement into a dry, usable space by installing our Foamax wall paneling insulation, which provides both moisture protection and thermal efficiency. To handle water intrusion at its source, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system and a WaterGuard interior drainage system, ensuring any groundwater is collected and redirected before it ever reaches the living space. To keep humidity in check, we added a powerful SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Now, this basement is clean, dry, warm, and protected—ready to be used year-round without the worry of water or mold.

This homeowner in Bellbrook, OH, was in need of a sump pump upgrade because their current sump pump could not keep up with the amount of water their foundation was receiving. Their existing exterior french drain system was still working, but the sump pump couldn't keep up with it. We replaced their sump pump with our premier TripleSafe sump pump system. As the name implies, the Triple safe comes with three pumps: The primary is a Zoeller 1/3 HP, the secondary is a Zoeller 1/2 HP pump, and the tertiary pump is our UltraSump battery backed system. The battery backed system, (which turns on in case of power outage or if the first two pumps are overpowered) can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge by itself. The TripleSafe also has a proprietary airtight lid, which contains an airtight floor drain and an alarm system. The homeowner was pleased with the new system, and they told us they would give us a call if their current footing drainage system fails.
