New homeowners in West Milton, Ohio were concerned about the crawlspace holding moisture between their house and the garage.  It was a gravel floor and only about 3 feet tall. After a complete inspection, our team recommended The CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System that can provide moisture control for any size crawl space. The encapsulation treatment totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.

We also installed The SmartSump™ system which is designed specifically for keeping crawl spaces dry and clean.

A CleanSpace Liner is installed on the walls and floor of the crawl space to provide a vapor-proof barrier. 

This home in New Lebanon, Ohio had rotting support beams and dirty crawl space. We encapsulated the space with a CleanSpace liner and installed SmartJacks to stabilize the upstairs floors.
