Before we encapsulated, insulated, and added a dehumidifier to this Beavercreek crawl space, it was cold, damp, and allowing odors and moisture into the rest of the home. This encapsulation project resulted in a brighter, warmer, and cleaner crawl space.
This customer was having trouble locking moisture out of their crawl space so they called us for help. Mold was starting to form onto the floor of their home and they needed an ends-all solution. This big project consisted of installing a Ultra Sump, insulation, Clean Space with Drainage Matting, vent covers, and a Sani Dry to top it all off. These customers will never have to worry about their crawl space catching moisture again.
This crawlspace was terribly flooded and had an old broken sump pump. The Basement Doctor Cincinnati came in, pumped out the water, installed a new sump pump and encapsulated the crawlspace.
This home in Dayton, Ohio was in need of having their crawlspace locked out from the harmful elements of the open earth. We removed debris from the space, then we installed our Super Pump Plus and our CleanSpace matting. This crawlspace now looks and functions at a high level for the customer.
This tiny little crawl space was actually in pretty decent condition before we encapsulated, which is actually pretty rare to see. Most people wait until the last minute, which as we all know, will end up costing more in the long run to repair it when you wait. Although in decent condition, this crawl space was showing signs of rot just barely on the beams near the walls and corners of the crawlspace. It was also not insulated the best, something the customer was concerned about. We installed an encapsulation of CleanSpace drainage and matting around the entirety of the crawl space. We also sprayed foam insulation up near the rim joists where the CleanSpace could not reach. We also installed Foamax on one side of the crawlspace, where the crawlspace was closest to the outside air. All in all this was a smart customer who encapsulated and insulated their crawl space so they could save money on energy bills, rim joists repairs, and more importantly, save the air quality they must live with by blocking out moisture.
To ensure professional installation and superior service we carefully created an international network of over 350 trusted basement contractors.
