This home was being supported by stacked concrete blocks that were beginning to crumble, causing the floors above to be bouncy and sag. Our crews installed SmartJacks to stabilize the foundation.

Foundation walls begin to buckle, bow, or tilt inward from outside pressure from soil and water and can eventually cause foundation walls to collapse. The PowerBrace system is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and can help straighten them over time.

This basement had cracking and bowing walls, putting the home's foundation at risk. To reinforce the structure, we installed CarbonArmor straps—strong, fiber-reinforced polymers that bond to the wall and prevent further movement. This non-invasive solution provides long-term stability, ensuring the home remains safe and secure.

This basement wall has developed a large horizontal crack—a common sign of bowing due to external soil pressure. As the foundation walls weaken, they start to push inward, compromising the home's structural integrity. Without reinforcement, the wall could continue to bow and eventually fail. Our team installed static beams to stabilize the wall and prevent further movement, ensuring the long-term safety of this home.
