This customer in Cleveland, OH needed a solution to poor draining around the foundation of her home. Installers at Cleveland Basement Systems solved this issue by putting in IceGuard and connecting the pipes to the sump pump in order to prevent flooding and pooling around the home. 

Correct drainage systems are important in removing excess water away from the foundation of the home. With the addition of IceGuard, water will be able to drain accordingly, whether snow or shine. Installers finished by making sure the grass and dirt was put back to look as though we weren't there! 

CleanSpace not only brightened this once dark and wet basement, but also will now protect the foundation from water damage! This 20mil thick plastic liner is antimicrobial and tear-resistant. WaterGuard also restored this basement by safety directing water in the TripleSafe sump pump to eject moisture away from the home. WaterGuard sits along the perimeter and will not clog overtime.
