By installing a comprehensive waterproofing system, this customer can now rest assured that their home is protected from water infiltration. As part of this comprehensive system, the SaniDry dehumidifier was installed and can drain over 100 pints per day as well as move over 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute around the basement. 

A landlord in Cleveland, OH needed to fix a leaky basement for their tenants. Water had leaked behind part of the drywall and under the flooring. Installers at Cleveland Basement Systems installed CleanSpace and WaterGuard to remedy these moisture problems. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick, antimicrobial material that is tightly fastened to the basement wall. CleanSpace will prevent mold growth and move water into the perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard is the catch-all drainage channel that lays even to the floor. This allows water seepage to be caught and emptied out into a sump pump from the walls and floor. The before picture shows how installers prepped the wet basement for CleanSpace and WaterGuard. Part of the damaged drywall was removed and a channel was dug so that WaterGuard would fit along the perimeter. The after shows how WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter flooring and CleanSpace is secured to the walls. 

A homeowner was experiencing a leaky and efflorescent basement wall. CleanSpace will help move any water into the WaterGuard drainage system and keep moisture from damaging the space. 

Installers dug an area for the WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump in the floor of this basement. Once installed, they made sure to cement the area in order to conceal the drainage system. WaterGuard will work to move any and all water into the TripleSafe and, from there, be pumped out away from the house. CleanSpace is hung tightly on the wall and is a highly effective vapor barrier that will decrease humidity and move water to the drainage system. 

This customer was frustrated that their basement was constantly flooding and causing damage. They even had so much water that the bottom part of the drywall needed taken down due to mold. We repaired this issue by installing the CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls and WaterGuard drainage channel along the perimeter. Together, these patented products will move the water into the sump pump to be ejected away from the foundation!
