This customer was experiencing a stream of water intruding into the basement during storms. WaterGuard is a no-clog, catch-all system that prevents the water from staying stagnant on the floors and walls, but instead, drains any droplets into the perimeter sump pump. 

This customer had a sump pump that needed to be updated in order to remove water from the basement more effectively. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the UltraSump Battery Backup Sump Pump System, which ensures power during an outage. This system can remove up to 12,000 gallons of water on a single charge, which guarantees a protected and dry home! 

This homeowner in Aurora, OH noticed that the trim in her finished basement was peeling away. When she touched the wall it was completely wet. She immediately called Cleveland Basement Systems to perform a free estimate and get this big problem solved. We installed a comprehensive waterproofing system while keeping the integrity of the finished space. The WaterGuard drainage channel allowed water to be directed to the sump pump while CleanSpace was attached to half of the wall to act as a powerful vapor barrier.

Cleveland Basement Systems installed the TripleSafe sump pump in this basement to replace the old, unreliable system this customer had. The TripleSafe has three separate pumps that make it stand out against traditional systems. The first pump works most of the time and can handle 2,600 gallons of water per hour. The second is a slightly bigger pump and works when there is excessive water; ejecting up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour. The third pump is a battery backup and kicks on when the power turns off, which protects against basement flooding.
