 A homeowner in Cuyahoga Falls, OH had water intrusion and horizontal cracks that were concerning for the health of the home. Cleveland Basement Systems fixed both of these issues in one fell swoop using the most reliable products on the market. The TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace wall covering were installed to waterproof the basement. The CleanSpace system is an effective vapor barrier that resists mold growth and directs water down the wall and into the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system that can handle thousands of gallons of water per hour and even works during a power outage! To address the foundation issues, the PowerBrace system was installed on the walls to permanently stabilize them. The PowerBrace utilizes a joist reinforcement method that distributes the load evenly. All of these patented products will now work to protect this customer's home for good! 

This customer had sinking and damaged concrete that allowed water to seep in through the door. Cleveland Basement Systems installers put in a TrenchDrain to catch all pooling water and direct it to a drainage system.

This homeowner had issues with water collecting on the back patio which resulted in moisture along the foundation of the home. Additionally, water had entry to the inside of the home through the back door. Cleveland Basement Systems installed a TrenchDrain and drainage pipes along the house and the outer portion of the porch in order to direct excessive amounts of water away from the house.
