Cleveland Basement Systems helped this customer achieve a drier home by installing the WaterGuard perimeter drainage channel. Waterguard has a state-of-the-art design that is clog-free in order to move water from the walls and floor into the sump pump. 

This homeowner noticed structural issues that were stemming from his crawl space. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the SmartJack stabilizing system and CleanSpace encapsulation system to repair these issues. SmartJacks are steel supports that level the girders and floor joists with the power to support heavy loads. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick liner that is installed on both the walls and floors of the crawl space. CleanSpace is antimicrobial and prevents moisture and mold growth all while isolating the crawl space from the earth below. 

Our patented crack repair system, FlexiSpan, was adhered to this vertical, leaky crack in order to allow water to drain into a drywell instead of the basement floor!
