This Edmond crawl space, like most, was in an unhealthy condition. The homeowners were experiencing the smell of mold, uneven floors, and drafts during the colder months. They had seen reviews about Vesta Foundation Solutions and immediately called to get a free estimate.

Vesta Foundation Solutions, System Design Specialist, Ryan Blaine showed up in no time to see exactly what the solution needed to be. His conclusion was that the homeowners would need our CleanSpace system and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Andrew Violette and his production team went to the home and started on the project.

The CleanSpace was installed as a vapor barrier to keep as much moisture out as possible. The SaniDry Sedona was installed to keep the relative humidity below 55%. With these two products combined, we can create an environment that remains dry, clean, and healthy, as well as far more energy efficient.

This is a Habitat for Humanity house that Owner Will Blake installed to help make sure this home never experienced moisture problems.  

The Vesta Team spent three days sealing up and shoring the moist crawl space for this 1920's home near the UNiversity of Oklahoma.  The crawl space was full of on going moisture, dampness, mold growth and other structural problems.  The wood beams were sinking and the customer experienced cracks in the mainlevel portion of their home. 

These homeowners in Ponca City were experiencing too much moisture in their dirt crawl space. This moisture was causing the homeowners wood rot, mold and overall an unsafe environment for their home. They did a quick google search and Vesta Foundation solutions was the top answer to their problem, so they gave us a call.

Our System Design Specialist, Josh Nation, went and evaluated the assessed the situation. After doing a thourough inspection, he determined the resolution to their problem was our CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona products.

CleanSpace is the vapor barrier that keeps moisture out so that it can cut out the above issues. SaniDry was installed to filter the air, keeping out musty and damp odors. The homeowners are happy to have a healthier living space for years to come thanks to Team Vesta!
