This Tulsa home was having issues with keeping critters, insects, and moisture out of their crawl space. They needed a solution to avert the problems from reoccurring. They gave Vesta Foundation Solutions a phone call and we were quick to get out there and help.

Vesta Design Specialist, Josh Nation, evaluated the issues they were having and came up with a fix for all of their crawl space problems. Vesta would be installing our CleanSpace system, SmaprtPipe, SaniDry Sedona, and SmartSump.

The CleanSpace system was installed. CleanSpace is a 20 millimeter thick liner used as a vapor barrier to prevent water vapor and humidity from passing through. The SmartPipe is used as a draining system. The SaniDry  Dehumidifier is used to keep the relative humidity out. And last is the SmartSump, this keeps any water that is coming in, out. 

This Bixby, OK homeowner was dealing with uneven floors, sticking doors, and interior wall cracks—common signs of foundation settlement and crawl space moisture problems. The Vesta Foundation Solutions team performed a complete crawl space transformation by installing SmartJack® support posts and a supplemental beam to stabilize the foundation. We followed up with a full crawl space encapsulation using our Vesta Encapsulation system, drainage matting, QuickFlo drainage, and a high-performance dehumidifier. Insulation board was also installed to enhance energy efficiency.

These before and after photos show the dramatic difference in the crawl space environment—from exposed, damp, and unstable to clean, dry, and structurally sound. This comprehensive solution helped restore the home's integrity and provided long-term protection against moisture, rot, and structural issues.

In Stonewall, OK, this homeowner was experiencing signs of foundation settlement around a window—evident in the separation between the brick and window frame. The root cause was insufficient support in the crawl space beneath the home.

Our team at Vesta Foundation Solutions installed a series of SmartJack® crawl space supports to lift and stabilize the sagging structure. The before photo shows significant gapping and stress along the exterior brickwork, a telltale sign of shifting support. After the jacks were installed and the home was carefully lifted, the after photo reveals a visibly tighter seal and realignment of the brick veneer—clear evidence that the settling was successfully addressed.

Our team sealed this crawl space with our Vesta Encapsulation Liner (a white, reinforced barrier taped and sealed along all surfaces and taped using heavy membrane tape).
