Problem: This dark, wet, humid space needs to not only have its water problem managed, it could use a facelift! These types of conditions in a basement allow for very little use of the space.

Solution: Our waterproofing system (with a lifetime warranty) is installed. Also, we installed our ThermalDry Wall Membrane which is a radiant barrier and reflect 97% of the heat and light back into the space.

Problem: These home homeowners were experiencing water penetrating their home on two walls in their basement. Over time these leaks ruined their finished basement space, creating a damp and unhealthy environment and seriously affecting the enjoyment of their home.   

Solution: Our basement specialists waterproofed the problem walls, installed Thermal Dry carpet and finished the walls off with EverLast® panel wall systems. Now the homeowners, their family and friends can enjoy the clean and dry basement once again!

Problem: This multi-level home had one area which was a dirt floor crawl space. As with any lower level, this means water can penetrate up from the ground and cause water damage and excessive moisture.

Solution:  Our team installed a Super Sump: a sump pump designed for crawl spaces to remove the water in the ground. Our team also installed a CleanSpace vapour barrier, encapsulating the area; to keep the moisture and humidity levels down in the crawl space.

• CleanPump Stands: These sump pump stands are installed to raise the pumps off of the bottom of the liner. Any silt or sediment that settles on the bottom of your sump pit will be kept away from your pump. These stands also allow for height adjustment of the pump if necessary.
