This home in Woodstock, ON had basement seepage and slight bow (buckle or lean) in the block foundation wall. We can use our Carbon Armor Systems to stop the wall from moving any further. The silver vapour barrier is part of the waterproofing system and is not necessary in order to structurally stabilize the wall.
We also installed a new TripleSafe Sump Pump System, replacing the old and unreliable sump.
Before:
This home in Pain Court, ON had elevated levels of radon gas and an outdated sump system that lacked proper sealing and efficiency. The homeowners were concerned about long-term health risks and water management reliability.
After:
Our team installed a professional radon mitigation system to safely vent harmful gases outside the home, bringing levels down to a safe range. We also upgraded the sump pump system with a sealed lid and a high-efficiency unit, improving both air quality and drainage performance. The home is now safer, healthier, and better protected from moisture issues.

Before:
Radon Gas is an invisible, odorless, radioactive gas in soil and rocks as uranium decays overtime. When it decomposes it will travel through the dirt and seek any openings in the lower levels of the home. An open sump pit along with the underground tile running into the pit are very easy ways for the gas to enter the basement.
After:
Advanced Basement Systems installed one of their pump systems to seal the open pit and of course installed a radon mitigation fan and pipe with the project. The system can be designed incorporating surrounding obstacles in the home.
