Before:

Radon Gas testing was conducted and the results were above safe limits. The home had a sump pump system with no lid at all, which is one area that radon gas is sure to come into a home! Note* Water powered backup pumps make having an airtight lid difficult.

After:

Advanced Basement Systems installed the proper radon mitigation system and sealed all openings in the basement foundation. A sealed sump system with a new, reliable battery backup was also installed.

Before:

Radon Gas is a naturally occurring, invisible, odourless, radioactive gas in soil and rocks as uranium decays overtime. When it decomposes it will travel through the dirt and seek any openings in the lower levels of the home. Problem:  Unlevel concrete poses several problems for homeowners:
