Cleanspace keeps the crawlspace sealed from moisture and water.

Customer called with a crawlspace issue and it appeared to be getting wet. Our crew installed a cleanspace system with a smart sump and SaniDry Sedona. 

This crawl space in Vancouver, WA had some definite dampness issues and some sagging insulation. As you can see in the After picture, CleanSpace keeps your crawl space clean and dry and will do so for years.

This homes crawlspace was difficult to maneuver. its old fiberglass insulation was hanging low and in tatters. From our inspection we saw this was due to water weight in the insulation as well as critters pulling it apart to burrow into. The homeowners opted to do our crawlspace encapsulation to ensure this space remains dry and healthy. 

When a family member has asthma, air quality becomes a big concern. This family had worked to create a healthy space in their home, but knew to truly make the space healthier they needed some below grade work. Their crawlspace needed a new vapor barrier every two years as humidity issues would seep through and cause mold growth to occur. While they were on top of treating this, it was a lot of upkeep. To find a long term solution they reached out to John's Waterproofing. We did a full encapsulation, radon mitigation, and the homeowners purchased an Aspen air purifier. Even though the project was only completed a few weeks ago, they have called to say they can already tell that the new system has made a positive change!
