This homes crawl space had accumulated a lot of dust and pieces of old fiberglass over the years. To protect the homes crawl space against water issues, the homeowners were looking to get a full encapsulation. We installed a drain system, sump pump, TerraBlock insulation, a CleanSpace vapor barrier, and Spray Foam along the walls. This space is now ready to remain dry, stable, and healthy over the years.

This home had high levels of moisture in the crawlspace, which had led to the old fiberglass insulation falling into pieces. To protect the home from the mold a keep it dry and healthy we cleaned it out and added a TripleSafe sump pump, TerraBlock insulation, spray foam, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. 

This homeowner had asthma, and they were looking for ways to make their home a healthy space. This home's crawlspace had water-heavy insulation that was falling to pieces, and mud was caked on the old vapor barrier. To solve this issue we removed the old debris and then installed a full crawlspace encapsulation to add a long-term solution for this home.
