This homes crawlspace had standing water, mud on the old vapor barrier, and falling fiberglass insulation. The homeowner needed to do something to address these issues, but wasn't looking for anything to expensive. To help them keep costs down while setting them up for more waterproofing repairs in the future we set them up with a pipe, pump, and plastic. We removed the old insulation and vapor barrier, and then installed a full drain system, sump pump, and a new 6 mil vapor barrier. 

This home's crawl space had an old DIY sump pump, it was clogged and flooding. The homeowners called up John's Waterproofing for help. We installed a drainage system, a new TripleSafe sump pump, and laid in a new 6 Mil vapor barrier to get this space back on track!

This water logged crawlspace needed a full dry out. We then installed a three inch drainage pipe, SmartSump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep this space dry and healthy. 

This crawlspace had flooding issues occur, and left water stains and mineral deposits across the old 6 Mil vapor barrier. The homeowners could tell that water was an issue, and they would need some professional help. They called up John's and scheduled their inspection. After they spoke with the design specialist, the homeowners chose to move forward with a full encapsulation. 

This homes foundation had shifted greatly. When their Old vapor barrier was installed it was not fully sealed and water was getting in. As the water penetrated the wooden posts, the homes foundation was badly damaged. We had to replace multiple piers with our SmartJack to keep the house safe.
