This crawlspace was so wet and messy you cant even tell its the same space after we fixed it up! We are so happy we were able to transform this customers crawl space. They are now breathing much cleaner air and spending much less in energy costs. Just some added benifits from their now dry crawl space.

This home's crawl space had long since been overlooked. The homeowners knew the space couldn't be good for their health or their home, so they wanted a system set in place to fix and prevent issues. For this, they called up John's Waterproofing to learn more about encapsulation. 

This homeowner had complaints about the odor coming from their crawl space when it rained. Their living spaces would emit a musty damp odor that was concerning. To get their crawl space healthy they wanted to have a full encapsulation installed. This includes a full drain system, TripleSafe sump pump, insulation consisting of TerraBlock, and Spray Foam, as well as our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SaniDry Dehumidifier. Now this space can remain dry all year round and the homeowners don't need to worry about foul odors and water issues. 

This crawlspace had water weight pulling down the old fiberglass insulation. This was leading to the energy bills going up, and the homeowners wanted to keep their home energy efficient. To do so they had John's Waterproofing install a full encapsulation to keep their home dry and healthy, while lowering their energy bills.
