This home suffered from high energy bills and noted their crawlspace was a mess. From falling fiberglass, mud crusted on the old vapor barrier, and general debris that had accumulated. To address these issues and work towards a healthy home, they opted to have a full crawlspace encapsulation. 

This homeowner in Shedd, Oregon wanted to keep him home warm and more energy efficient, so we installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier resulting in cleaner air and warmer floors for this family for years to come.

By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation and a SuperSump sump pump we were able to solve this homeowner water intrusion issues. This crawl space will now be dry for years to come.

This home's sloped crawlspace had water pooling on top of the old vapor barrier throughout the space. To solve this issue we did a full crawlspace encapsulation. 

This home had a small basement with a crawlspace next to it on a slope. The basement had been waterproofed and finished, however, a simple 6 Mil vapor barrier and store-bought sump pump had been used. However this could not keep up with the water demands, and the sump pump had been installed on the wrong side, not where the lowest point was set. To fix this space and protect the home, a full encapsulation was installed.
