This homes crawlspace had standing water. The water was beginning to cause damage to the wooden posts, so the homeowners knew they needed to do something. Our crew ended up performing a full dry-out and then an encapsulation. We installed a WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, TerraBlock Insulation, CleanSpace, and Spray Foam with a SaniDry dehumidifier. This home is now dry and healthy!
