The problem was we had a ridiculous amount of standing water in the yard. Either the lawn was completely saturated or we had a clogged drain. Something is wrong and we needed it fixed. Ryan suggested that we put a new drainage system in. It would be a very simple process but it just needed to get done. It took no longer than a day to install. Ryan was very precise with what he thought would be the best option for us. He presented the information in a way we understood. It made sense. We had it installed and we haven't seen standing water anymore when it rains. We are happy about the success of the drainage system and impressed with the overall results. 

Every employee at Terra Firma was very courteous and helpful. Dan's presentation was very good. The crew arrived on time and they cleaned up before they left the job site. They completed their work in a timely and professional manner.

I would like to say THANK YOU to your company and crew! We had your Bright Wall basement system with Triple Safe sump pump installed on February 20, 2013. Our entire experience with your company was wonderful! Patrick Dunn was our sales representative, he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was patient, provided so much more than I would expect in terms of follow up and service for us. Being the tenants of a rental property, he worked so well with our family as well as the homeowners for nearly two years to get this system installed for us! With all of our questions and having to work with multiple parties, he was always quick to help and happy to serve. He even made two multi hour trips here to meet our needs. Purely amazing service. Wesley Johnson was the lead of our installation crew. We have never had such professional service from contractors working in our home. Another purely amazing aspect of your company. Three days of work to install the system and Mr. Johnson used our front door only three times. Each morning he knocked and kindly entered the basement (daylight basement with no downstairs doors), he and his crew climbed in and out of the windows to minimize the disturbance to our residence! They were more than welcome to travel in and out of the doors and also to use our facilities, but they went out of their way to keep to themselves. Minus the equipment noise, you’d never even know they were working! They worked hard and fast, I don’t think they took a break the whole time they were here. They did a wonderful job at covering the basement entrance with plastic to keep dust out of our home. And then their cleanup was incredible…the whole basement was so much cleaner upon their completion than it was when they arrived! To top it off, Patrick Dunn stopped in at the end of our installation. Patrick and Wesley both walked through the system with us and answered all of our questions. We have had so much trouble in the past two years with flooding – I can’t count the number of contractors and service companies we have had here, but I can say that the entire TerraFirma crew was by far the best crew we have ever had here. I had researched french drains due to a problem area in our driveway that was compromising our garages, garage doors, and cuasing an infestation of mosquitoes. My research led me to your companies website and information. I was thrilled that you offered free estimates, so I promptly phoned. Patrick arrived and I pointed out the puddle in the driveway and he quickly stated that your company no longer did french drains. I told him I was very disappointed for that was the main reason for the appointment. We proceeded to the basement, where I let him know my husband was going to install a sump pump and we spoke in length about your company's services and our prior dilemmas due to recent water damage. Patrick was gracious and so personable as well as so confident in your companies services that I started thinking that maybe we could hire your company to install a sump pump instead of a home spun job. Patrick sold your company so completely that I wrangled my husband into the notion that a professional team sounded like the direction we should go. Patrick also said maybe you could also do the french drain as a courtesy (paid of course) since you would be doing the sump pump anyway. Patrick left me with lots of brochures and high hopes as well as the promise to come back with another professional to look at our french drain situation etc. The day  of the install the friendly team arrived and went over the approach of the job at hand. The work was underway and I realized that the placement of the french drain seemed off. Everyone once again graciously talked with me and unfortunately the scratch in the concrete of 25ft had been laid and I was assured that the low spot had been addressed. I had a knot in my stomach and after interrupting the progress two or three times, I decided they were the professionals and they were solving our problem, so let them work. The reason for my lengthly letter is to let you kow how much I appreciate your efforts and company as a team. We had several issues come up in which fell on the shoulders of your company. I want to again let you know how professional and hard workinig I saw your company consistently be, even when approached on the spot and after a hard couple of days. I would recommend our company to anyone with great pride. Your ability to remain professional with out excuses and with a problem-solving attitude and quality of people and workmanship is I am sure what has made you successful. I hope my project would not stop you from creative solutions for another family in the future. My husband and I have been in the design/build business for our whole careers and feel confident in our observation of this situation as a success. Finally a basement area that we can use and enjoy rather than just for storage reasons. Ryan and TerraFirma had everything we were looking for in a total basement finish. Ryan had a very complete and comprehensive description of what I needed to get done to transform my basement into what I had envisioned. There were many different options we could choose from regarding walls and floors. Also, they went the extra mile to order windows, which is a service you guys typically don't do. Thank you for going the extra mile and making sure I was completely satisfied!

The call center and the System Design Specialist, Adam, were excellent. The concrete leveling product was a lot more effective and much cheaper than I thought especially in comparison to the alternative of having things ripped up and replaced. Given a proposal at the time of inspection made it easy for me to make a decision. I signed on the day of inspection. Everyone did a great job and good luck. 

Very considerate installation crew and office staff did a fine job. TerraFirma had the solution to our problem and could do it for a reasonable price.
