TerraFirma was able to schedule everything to my convenience. from the appointment to installation, we were never pressed for time and felt like we were going out of our way to be available. They made sure to be available for us. They are Portland's household name for foundations. We turned our rather large sized basement into a bonus room for guests, the kids, etc. It is what I would consider a daylight basement and we are so excited that we now get to take advantage of this large space. It nearly doubled our square footage. 

This is one of our rental properties that we needed to have treated. Eventually we would like to have it completely finished so we can rent it for more and make it livable for more people, but for now we have decided to take care of the waterproofing part. We had a drain system installed around the perimeter of the basement slab. This track collected water, directed to a sump pump and removed. Perfect! Jason put together a very simple design. Since we wanted to get the project completed as soon as possible, we asked our final questions and signed on the day of inspection. Anyone who knows they have a problem that needs to be fixed there really is no other company in town that will give you better service and products in town. Thanks for the quick turn around guys.

Drew's crew (aka Wolfpack) did an excellent job ! Each member of the crew was courteous, professional and kind to my many questions. I would recommend these guys to everyone and anyone. They are outstanding representatives of the TerraFirma Foundation Brand. They impressed me so much I went and got doughnuts and coffee.

Initially we were going to get a few different bids for our project. We talked with other companies on the phone, but only had TerraFirma come out. Their website and call center was the most personable and informative. So if someone was going to work on our house it was going to be TerraFirma. This was the only thorough, long lasting solution we found after doing our own personal research. The decision was easy.

Overall I am pleased with the service I received from TerraFirma's call center, sales team and installation crew. Chad was a professional and was very courteous and sincere. I have a home on an awkward plot of land and needed my foundation restabilized before I lost it down the hill. Chad and his team arrived bright and early for two days to finish the stabilization. There was a bit of mess during the project but they cleaned up very well and left the place looking like they had not been digging around my foundation. It might have looked better! I chose TerraFirma because of their great reputation and small company feel with big company capabilities. Thank you team and good luck in the future.

The call center was very polite. Belinda was able to schedule my free appointment at my own convenience about a week out. Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous and professional. Brian did a great job explaining everything. He made things very clear and understandable. 

Ryan did an exceptional job with detailing the project and explaining it to me. He was very thorough and didn't leave out one detail, which is something I really appreciated. There is nothing more that Ryan could have done to make my experience any better and I give him high praise for being so personable. 

My primary concern right now is providing an environment that is healthier for children, and limiting the possibility for mold growth. If your solution works, I would potentially seek TerraFirma for future work if I decide to finish part of my basement. We are having the project start within the month of Josh coming out. Josh was great at explaining the benefit of reducing mold development in my basement. So this was an easy decision on my end to take care of the issue. The price was fair and cheaper than I initially thought, so we went for it and signed on the day of the estimate.

We were VERY impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by your company and your employees. I would rate the pre-sales process a definite 10. The sales experience a 10, and the production process a 10 as well. It seems like you all run a tight ship. Everyone was on the same page and there was consistency through every phase of the project. Josh was our main contact throughout the project. He was there obviously during the sales process but we were impressed to hear from him even after the project was finished to make sure we didn't have any extra questions or issues. I'm sure I am one of many happy customers. 

The call center handled my call well. I was able to get a convenient appointment. Ryan was early to our appointment and was very informative and helpful in me making my decision. I felt like TerraFirma had the resources to help me with all my basement problems and I was confident in the plan Ryan drew up for me. Ryan is a rockstar! We were provided an estimate at the time of inspection and we went right ahead with the next steps in the process. Ryan was very professional and a great representation of your company. This guy deserves a raise.

We had excellent service with the call center, the representative and production crew. Our house is built in a valley and we might even have some sort of underground spring in our yard because there was a lot of standing water on our property. We called TerraFirma in need of a drainage system. Josh made things very clear about his plan to drain our yard and solve our problem. Josh was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate how easy he made everything for us. Very personable and professional. We will be recommending TerraFirma to friends and family.
